- 60 minutes scheduled phone time with Live person
- Unlimited ticket support within business hours
- Non-guaranteed after hours ticket support
Level 3: $150 per month ($50 for 2 or more devices)
- 45 minutes scheduled phone time with Yossi
- 90 minutes scheduled phone time with Live person
- Unlimited ticket support within business hours
- After hours ticket support within reasonable time response
