Level 2: $75 per month  ($50 for 2 or more devices)

• 60 minutes scheduled phone time with Live person
• Unlimited ticket support within business hours
• Non-guaranteed after hours ticket support

Level 3: $150 per month  ($75 for 2 or more devices)

• 45 minutes scheduled phone time with Yossi
• 90 minutes scheduled phone time with Live person
• Unlimited ticket support within business hours
• After hours ticket support within reasonable time response
