In order to be more efficient at meetings for setting up filter:
1: setup account info
A: credit card
B: home address
C: main contact name, cell, email address and user info per device
2: Apple or google device email address and password
3: Make sure iOS or android device software is up to date
4: All app via Apple store or android store and galaxy store is up to date
5: At least 50% available storage on device
6: Device is setup with apps needed for user
If any of these are not done- IT WILL DELAY THE MEETING TIME AND INCREASE THE COSTS
