Level 2: $50 per month  ($35 for 2 or more devices)

• 15 minutes scheduled phone time with Yossi
• 45 minutes scheduled phone time with Live person
• unlimited ticket support within business hours
• non-guaranteed after hours ticket support

Level 3: $150 per month  ($75 for 2 or more devices)

• 30 minutes scheduled phone time with Yossi
• 60 minutes scheduled phone time with Live person
• unlimited ticket support within business hours
• after hours ticket support within reasonable time response
